Returns
Orders of multiple qty are treated as business orders where returns are not eligible, returns may be granted at Unites discretion but a booking in fee may be charged.
When you purchase multiple products to reach a lower price bracket (for example, to get a discount or free shipping) and decide to return some of those items, your refund will be adjusted based on the price bracket your order would fall into after the return.
This means that if returning items causes your order total to drop below the threshold for the discount or lower price bracket, the refund amount will reflect that, potentially reducing the refund to account for the loss of the discount or the original higher prices
